Michel listened attentively, invested his time, and delivered on every promise he made to potential buyers. He was always willing to conduct as many inspections as needed,
(4 x times)maintaining a friendly and transparent manner throughout the process. There were no grey areas in his communication, which made the experience clear, trustworthy, and enjoyable.
As buyers, we found his approach both refreshing and extremely helpful. We also requested a thorough cleanup of the apartment’s condition, and Michel ensured that this was clearly communicated to the vendor and hoping the vendor listened to him as the situation apartment need big cleaning.

Jack & Rhys presented well with their ideas for a marketing campaign. Their communication & follow up was excellent at all stages of the campaign. They took the lead on most aspects and just did their job well. We were very happy with sale price & their commission rate was fair that aligns with industry standards. Jeff was the ultimate professional, he kept us informed all the way through the process. He isa great communicator, but also kept us on track. If there is an issue, he is right onto it, keeping the sale process on track and us. He provided excellent feedback throughout the campaign and provided pricing feedback from the open houses.
He analysed the market and provided us with the confidence that he was on top of the selling process every week.
